🍯 Bee School 2025 🍯

Once again, the Pine Belt Beekeepers Association will offer its annual Introduction to Beekeeping course for anyone interested in learning how to keep one’s own hives. The course is completely free and no pre-registration is required. It’s a great way to learn the basics so that you can be successful as you embark on your own beekeeping adventures! 🍯🐝

Has a great time hanging out with dear friends at the North American Honey Bee Expo in Louisville. We heard lots of fascinating speakers, ate delicious food, spent way too much money on bee stuff, and nearly froze our tail feathers off. Can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🍯🐝

2024: The Year in Review

Thanks to all my wonderful family, friends, fellow beekeepers, and loyal honey fans who made it all possible! ❤️🐝

Beekeeping is a curious sport. As I enter my tenth year of tending to the busy little bugs, I am reminded nearly daily of how crazy and wonderful it can be. 🍯 Honey for a Cause! 🍯

Happy (Almost) Thanksgiving! Can you believe we're about to arrive at the end of 2024? It has been quite a year in the bee yard. The industrious little bugs were more productive than ever, and I welcomed a furry, new friend to the family--Miss Witz. She came to me from the Hub City Humane Society at the end of July and has been a bundle of sunshine ever since.

To celebrate both the bees' amazing year and the arrival of Witz, I will donate 20% of all orders placed between now and Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 11:59pm to the Hub City Humane Society to help them continue their selfless work on behalf of our pets and those who love them.

Oh, and be sure to check out our traditional holiday gift bags and our brand new pamper packages, which include a handcrafted, lavender-peppermint-scented body butter, a tangerine-scented sugar scrub, a soap, a lip balm, and a large votive candle.
