Once again, the Pine Belt Beekeepers Association will offer its annual Introduction to Beekeeping course for anyone interested in learning how to keep one’s own hives. The course is completely free and no pre-registration is required. It’s a great way to learn the basics so that you can be successful as you embark on your own beekeeping adventures! 🍯🐝

Has a great time hanging out with dear friends at the North American Honey Bee Expo in Louisville. We heard lots of fascinating speakers, ate delicious food, spent way too much money on bee stuff, and nearly froze our tail feathers off. Can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🍯🐝

Thanks to all my wonderful family, friends, fellow beekeepers, and loyal honey fans who made it all possible! ❤️🐝

Beekeeping is a curious sport. As I enter my tenth year of tending to the busy little bugs, I am reminded nearly daily of how crazy and wonderful it can be.
