Received this photo and update from Leeann Lamar. This is Stella (10 years) and Louise (8 years). I'm sure many of you may remember that their parents (Monte and Leeann) were living in a hangar with 4.5 month old Stella. A fire broke out in the night and Stella awakened them and they feel she saved their lives as planes and everything was destroyed. Mom says they are now happily awaiting their new home being built in Butler County, Ks on 9.5 acres. We too are so thankful that Stella was so alert and spared their lives.

Time to re-charge those batteries !!

It wasn't easy, but we did get Apollo to his new home in Ohio in time for Christmas. Mom (Erin) says he is doing really well and his older black lab brother Julius who is 9 years old and is helping Apollo learn everything. He's much more active and playing also now that Apollo has arrived. Hopefully Mom will keep the photos coming as he grows.

Christmas Surprise -- This boy just has to be special because Mom (Penny) drove many miles to come pick him up to surprise her husband (John) on Christmas. His name is Dutch Sampler but called Gator right now because of his sharp teeth. Mom says he loves riding in the truck and looking at Christmas lights but they have to hang on tight as he (like all dogs) wants to hang out the window. She adds he walks with an air of studliness and is an adorable little brute.
