Operation Delta Dog rescues shelter dogs, trains them to be service animals and then matches them with Veterans suffering from combat related mental health issues.
There is a constant need for dog treats (used during the 15 months of training)
as well as harnesses and leashes,
since every dog that is matched with a Veteran goes home with a harness and leash.

This Valentine’s Day, MRFRS wants to share the love we have for Feline Leukemia positive cats! FeLV+ cats are cats that have tested positive for the virus which causes a weakened immune system. The virus can shorten a cat’s lifespan, but their quality of life is the same as any other cat. And opening your heart to one of these special kitties and giving them a home to call their own is an amazing experience!

MRFRS currently has three very lovely FeLV+ cats that are all in foster care and are eager to have a “first date” over Zoom, which will hopefully lead to finding their love match!
