We could use some support right now.

As all of those who know us and follow us knows, one of the dogs we donated in 2018 in Pittsburgh passed from a very rapid form of Cancer.
We are currently getting ready to donate another dog to them.
Cappy was a great dog, rescued out of Virginia and taught to save people. Cappy had multiple finds and was responsible for setting up a scent pad program gor vulnerable citizens.
Oakley, another rescue from a family that wanted the best for her is going to carry on the proud traditions started by Cappy and soon to be Oakleys handler Kevin Merkel.
School starts Tursday and runs all week. Please show is some love and support and remember no one in our organization gets paid.

Currently working on a beautiful little Chocolate Lab named Qito. She has been through a few handlers and is on her third. We’re getting her back in working mode and helping her live up to her potential. This dog loves to work. Her and her handler were out working with us when the SC guys were here. They got to watch a lab work mantrailing and that was a first for them. She’s coming along nicely and is going to be a huge asset to her department.

Just finishing up training for the latest dog. Boone left yesterday for his new working home at the Hampton County SO in SC. They sent us two great dog handlers to impart our years of knowledge onto. We worked a lot of hours all over the county and by the time we got done these guys were excelling at working out Urban trailing problems. They are a rural county and don’t get a lot of Urban working time.
We still have one piece of equipment to get them so feel free to donate so we can send it. Our goal is $900.

Hey everyone, meet Jasper. Jasper came to us from a family in SC who realized he needed more than they could give him. He has blossomed here and we are happy to say that Jasper will be K9 Jasper for the Camden County Georgia Sheriffs Office later this year. Doing everything possible to make these dogs environmentally sound.

This is a really good representation of how odor moves around. Keep in mind, this is just in a vehicle. Imagine if the odor is not in a contained space and you have vehicles, people, and other animals around. Odor moves very easily and this is one of the reasons we train our K9 teams so vigorously. We want to make sure that they are ready for every scenario and every situations to help you and your families. Feel free to join us during any training session. We love for people to come out and learn about our teams.

Pet Adoption Christmas Drive

A little look at K9 Cagney and Deputy C. Bentley from Orange County Sheriffs Office. This particular trail was approximately .75 miles long and was a car trail. What does this mean you ask? It means that the “lost persons” feet never touched the ground. The “lost person” drove his truck down the road but his feet never got out of the vehicle until the very end. All he did was have his arm out the window and all of the K9s were still able to locate him. Thank you to all of the agencies who came out and are dedicated to training. Also a special thank you to Tracey who came out to volunteer her time and help us make these K9s the best that they can be.

Working Reba in Honolulu. Love this dog. Sometimes you have to travel far and wide to get the job done. Duplicating conditions in Hawaii are impossible here. Most costs were covered by local agencies, the rest by us personally.
