The Exodon Tetra (Exodon paradoxus), commonly known as the Bucktooth Tetra, is a unique and highly aggressive freshwater fish native to the Amazon and Tocantins River basins. Despite being a member of the tetra family, it is far from a peaceful community fish and is renowned for its predatory behavior.

A pH of 6 - 7.5 and a temp of 76-82 will keep these guys happy. They are predatory and should be the smallest fish in the tank. Constantly on the move and beautiful coloration make these a great addition to semi-aggressive aquariums.
