About Us
Where your pet will be treated like a member of our family
Sun-Kiva, nestled on 11 acres of land, provides a quiet country setting for your pet. It has approximately 75 boarding spaces and the entire building is heated and air conditioned. We have 6 extra large play areas, where your pet will enjoy unrestricted play time. The Kuttlers live on the premises which allows for 24 hour supervision.
The primary goal of Sun-Kiva is to provide a safe, clean, and most importantly, a loving environment while your pet is vacationing with us. Your pets will receive snacks, music, and lots and lots of TLC! Your pet's visit to Sun-Kiva will be fun and exciting - just like a vacation or going to camp! Feel free to call and make arrangements for a tour of our facility.
Welcome to Sun-Kiva! Sun-Kiva is owned by the Kuttler family - Karl and Louise, and operated with the help of their children, Christopher and Jessica. Louise has long been involved with helping in kennel rescues and has dreamed of owning her own kennel all her life, which finally came true. She treats every pet as if it is a member of her own family. You will usually find one of the vacationers out in the office with Louise after hours while she is doing her paper work. Being the owner of pets herself, she knows that to make them stay happy and contented, they need to have the contact with family, as they do in their "real" homes.
