2. Mistletoe: Both the berries and leaves of mistletoe can be toxic to pets.
3. Holly: Holly leaves and berries can cause gastrointestinal upset and be harmful if ingested by pets.
4. Amaryllis: The bulbs of amaryllis plants are toxic to pets if ingested.
5. Paperwhite Narcissus: It contains lycorine, an alkaloid with strong emetic properties that can cause vomiting.

Tired of your mischievous kitty wreaking havoc on your beautifully decorated Christmas tree? We've got some tips to help keep your furry friend out of harm's way this holiday season!

2. Provide alternative distractions: Offer your cat some alternative distractions, such as toys or a scratching post, to redirect their attention away from the tree.

3. Avoid tempting decorations: Keep fragile or enticing decorations out of reach of your cat to prevent them from being knocked over or ingested.
