Bryan Elementary Student Council held a fundraiser for the animals at Companions! Their Student Council representative, Siena, brought a carload of goodies! Food, treats, toys, and miscellaneous items that are desperately needed filled the back of Ms. Gorman's car! A huge "Bear" hug to everyone who participated. Our community is in good hands with students like these. Thank you!

***IT'S SATURDAY! PUPPIES ARE AT THE CDA PETCO STORE UNTIL 3PM TODAY OR UNTIL ALL ARE ADOPTED!***
Tis the season to give these homeless puppies a happy and healthy life with a loving family. Visit them at the CDA Petco store on Hwy 95 and Wilbur Avenue SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 AND 23 FROM 12-3PM. Companions Animal Center's foster mom will have all of them available for adoption. All puppies are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before heading off to their new home. Make their new year, and years to come, bright and happy!

Benson, one of our long-time residents, found his forever home! As he took his last walk down the hall and out the door, with happy tears in our eyes, we all bid him a fond farewell. Happy life, Mr. Benson. We will miss you and love you!

IT'S MALE DAY AT PETCO! Need a bit of cuteness in your life? Companions has several puppies available for adoption! These adorable 10-week-old pups will be ready for their debut this SATURDAY, November 15 from 12-3pm at the CDA Petco on 95 and Wilbur. AND YES, WE HAVE FEMALES TOO! They will be at Petco on SUNDAY, November 16 from 12-3pm. Stop by and see them at PETCO! All puppies are in foster care. They are NOT at Companions.

Thanks to the good folks at Northland Nursery, ID and AK Sprinklers and Landscaping in Rathdrum, Companions now has some new trees! Because of their generosity, more animals can be well taken care of. Thank you both! And now is the time to give them both a call - for planting and for end of season sprinkler care! Woof!

A huge thank you to Mix It Up and to Beth and her crew! We had an amazing private after-hours holiday shopping party for our volunteers and staff. An event we look forward to every year. If you haven't been there, go! They are located at 513 E Sherman Avenue in downtown CDA! You won't be disappointed!
