We had quite the crowd today!(Peep Abby’s dog Marvin under the table 🥰) For some reason, even Danielle’s groom dogs really like to hang out ONLY in my room. There is a whole shop, and the party is ALWAYS in the back 😎

Guys…it’s been almost 1 year since I decided to unlace my work boots, wash off my grease covered hands, and close the door on the machinist life. Becoming a business owner when all I’ve ever known was wrenching on machines and learning to love the taste of my sandwich mixed with a little grease…was possibly the scariest thing I’ve ever done. Nonetheless, it’s been the most rewarding experience I have ever had. Each and every one of you has made such an impact in my life and my gratitude for your support and kindness, is unwavering. Through all of the ups and downs, the fears, the tears, and at the beginning…the questionable haircuts 😳🤨(thanks for coming back after that 😂)…it was your compassion and patience that gave me hope. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for trusting me with your furry children and making this last year so special.

This was a HILARIOUS groom. Read the full description to understand. This is Jynx. His mom is in the hospital, so her son brought Mr. Jynx in and had a special request. He wanted me to give him an “Alfalfa” as a joke/surprise for his mom. Of course, I can’t achieve the Alfalfa look without finding a way to make it stick straight up! So after about 30 minutes of failed attempts, I settled on a broken Q-Tip, wrapped his hair around it, secured it with a random rubber band Abby found, and then a little hairspray and…PERFECT! The best part, was hearing how much laughter it brought to Jynx’s momma as she is recovering in the hospital. It brought laughter for all of us at the shop today. ❤️🐾

I got to meet this big boy Casper today! Even better, Casper got reunited (surprise to all of us) with his favorite bather girl, Abby (my new helper), who used to groom him as a client request at a different shop!! The excitement between the both of them was too heartwarming.❤️❤️

Emma and Katie. Their mom and dad adopted Emma and thought “wow she is so good, we should get another.” Well, then they brought home Katie and realized the cruel trick the world plays by giving you a sweet first dog and thinking it’s a great idea to get another. ❤️😂😂

Bruce has been coming to me regularly since November of 2023. This is the first time he has been bathed and dried by Abby instead of me…needless to say he was VERY NOT HAPPY about it. His mom even said she has never heard him make that noise before. 😂 I love you too Bruce, but you can’t cuss out the help the first time you meet her 😂😂❤️

The TINIEST little guy to ever bless my table. My clippers and scissors are almost the same size as him. I literally DIED and went to heaven today. Only 10 weeks old and probably weighs 3 pounds.
