Bailey’s Bark Park at City Park is accepting online applications for registration.
Yearly registration is $75 per family up to three dogs.
Payment is preferred online with credit card, but can be provided with a check or money order made out to HAZADOG. Mail it to: Bailey’s Bark Park PO. Box 2033 Hazleton , PA 18201.
For registration, you will need updated rabies vaccination record, Pennsylvania license information and signature of a dog policy waiver.
Please call 570-790-8111 once you have registered.
We will review your application information and meet to provide access fob to enjoy the dog park.
Bailey’s provides dog waste bags year-round, water and pot-a-potty is available during spring and summer season.
The dog park is open from dawn until dusk 365 days a year and is a fun, safe place for your dogs to run off leash.
