Good morning Clients and friends! I have went back and forth with this for a while, but we have been having a lot of cancelations for multiple reasons! My clients and making them happy is my highest priority, but I also have priority on making sure I don't have to cut my employees pay or ask them to take days off to make up for cancelations! Starting today anyone who doesn't give me atleast a 48 hour notice will need to pay a cancelation fee of $20.
