The same movement that we do in our work-in-hand can also be done in the saddle! It’s simply shoulder in on a small circle. Easy right?! 😉 As Dominique likes to say: “This exercise is very good for the horse and difficult for the rider.” It can be tricky to know where the center is. If you are struggling to know where your center is, you can put a cone or some other object down as a reference.
