Weekly Trail Update!

Weather: The weather is looking beautiful this week and into the weekend with temperatures in the low seventies and rain only on Thursday.

Trail Conditions: Trails are clear and dry! Bug level is low, thanks to the cooler weather. We haven't seen many ticks yet. It is burr season so we highly recommend using some Cowboy Magic before hiking for coated dogs.

Other Notes: Agility field is OPEN with an agility specific reservation.

Many native plants are in bloom, look out for Giant Iron W**d, Blue Lobedila, Beggartick, and Golden Rod! There's also one cardinal flower out there if you can find it!

Trail maintenance has been a priority. Most of the trails have fresh blazes and new trail signs added. Buddy Bend has been widened and many of the other trails have had work too. Remember to download the map before you head out!

Fall Festival at Branch Campus will be Saturday October 18th !
The event is free but registration is required.
Fall Festival will be from 11am-3pm. Parking is limited so we ask for an estimated arrival time in order to ensure we have space for everyone.

There will be a scavenger hunt, dog parkour fun, agility course/ try it, a dog pumpkin carving contest, photo booth, games and more! Friendly dogs are welcome.

We are super excited to be able to offer agility field rental time this weekend! Rental time will give you private access to the agility field as well as the rest of Branch Campus. In order to keep our field in good shape we do ask that it is used for agility training only at this time.
A jumpers course with 6 weave poles is currently set. Obstacle may be moved as long as they are returned to their original location.

Our first Puppy Sports Skills class of the year will be Monday at 7pm at Branch Campus! There are still a few openings! If you have a puppy under a year old that is looking to work on confidence, body awareness, focus, toy skills and more come join us!

We had a fantastic time at Branch Campus Open House today!! Thanks to everyone who came out.
8 buckets of invasive garlic mustard were collected and $130 raised for Licking County Parks!

Couldn't make it out today? The scavenger hunt and garlic mustard pulling will be available for the rest of the month. Complete the scavenger hunt or collect a bucket of garlic mustard to earn a free hour of rental.

Branch Campus Open House is Saturday April 19th and there are only a few spots left!
Come check out 78 acres of fenced in dog fun at Adventure Unleashed Branch Campus! There will be a scavenger hunt, dog parkour fun, agility course/ try it, Garlic Mustard picking, a raffle to benefit Licking County Parks and more!

Friendly dogs are welcome. Due to the nature of this event we ask that dogs stay on leash unless otherwise specified. Parking is limited so we ask that you sign up for a time slot. We expect most people to spend an hour or two exploring! Additional time slots will be added if needed.

Another fantastic raffle prize for our Branch Campus Open House! Calendula Salve Kit, donated by Nodding Onion Gardens. Not only is Calendula a beautiful annual plant, it can be made into a salve that is great for your skin!
