We are hiring for two positions: full time receptionist & part time kennel tech(hours vary)

Receptionist Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution, schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, check in and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionists offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.

The kennel tech is responsible for the care, feeding, medicating, and cleaning of our patients in the hospital and boarding facility. This job involves cleaning, laundry, bathing, feeding, walking dogs, and medicating patients. You are responsible for restocking hospital supplies, helping with post-operative patients, assisting doctors and assistants with animal restraint and exams. You will be responsible for proper recordkeeping of medications, special foods, appetite, behavior and any issue that may arise while the animal is in our care. You may be trained to clean and sterilize surgical instruments.

Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

Pay can be discussed when submitting application. Pay is based on experience.

We will be closed for the 4th of July. If your pets get anxious with fireworks, we do carry medications💊 that can help with that. Keep a close eye on your 🐾fur babies because those loud pops🎆💥 can trigger their fight-or-flight response.
