RIP SWEET LIL GUY. 10/17/2025
Dewey ridden with only a neck rope. He is the most trained horse I have ever trained. I taught him a lot and he was so smart and willing, he learned it all so easy. The tarp was his scary thing. He bucked off a cowboy over it before. 🤣

One of my views between the ears today. This adorable guy is a Haflinger. He’s the first Haflinger I have started under saddle and only the 2nd one I’ve ridden. They are a great breed of horse. Today was our 2nd ride out in the big outdoor arena and he was fantastic.

The arena is making great progress and it’s fun to build it yourself. It makes it more special to have your sweat and blood (just a little) into every post.

It was pony day today. I love Ponies. I’m so fortunate to have had the chance to train so many in my life! I have another adorable one to work with that just arrived. It was a big day today because it was Hoss’ (the Haflinger on the right) first time out in the big arena! He was great and trotted no problem!

Labor Day weekend means lots of labor is done! Pony shelter in the making and it’s making excellent shade for everyone but the ponies right now
