Alright. A new goal for Mulinda!

A rule change that would allow mules to compete in hunter classes as well as jumpers has been approved for the second time by USHJA. It now goes to USEF, which voted down the proposal two years ago, to be reconsidered in June. Story in comments.

Montana winters don’t mean you should stop riding! Have you ever ridden in the snow? It’s “snow” much fun. Today during my last lesson, we had the biggest snow cloud of the day roll through. It was the riders first time riding in the snow and although it was a bit cold, it’s always magical!

A fun day of classes. I had Cavaletti challenges to see what horse and rider combo made it through with the least amount of “hits” on the poles.

This week was the first week of lessons in the new arena!! During my group lesson yesterday, one of the girls rode Lucy around to make a heart shape in the fresh sand.

A place for all the fun things! Eventually the walls will be solid so the wind doesn’t blow everything away and the sun won’t destroy them. The sun in Montana is so much stronger than Seattle! It’s impressive how it ruins things with it’s strength
