I am focused on the needs of the client and their dog. There is no "one size fits all" method in canine training, but there many common and accepted methods which can be used. I believe by adapting to the dog in front of me, the best results will be reached.

There is a concerning trend in police K9 work and I want to confront it head on. “Nub Shaming” or the practice of making fun of working dogs with really really short tails. It’s time to stop, “Nub Tailed” K9’s are real K9’s too!

So, I have had some free time and I’m trying to catch up on video editing. Some work at an Off Leash Control Course over the summer. Some basic behavior shaping is all we are working on here. A little obstacle for the K9 to overcome to get into the car. Then the challenge for the handler was to remove the dog inside the confined space.

We had a great time at Bites and BBQ this year, great event sponsored by and started by . Great training put on by at his station. Thanks to for the decoy work. I will try to get more videos from this day out soon.
