We all understand that life happens and events arise and appointments need to be changed or cancelled. We ask that you give us as much notice as you can. With that said we are having an increasing number of No Call No Show . This affects the groomers pay and affects their lives too. We are now going to start a new policy because of this problem. 1 st No Call No Show just a friendly reminder that you missed your appointment. 2 nd No Call No Show a 25 dollar fee will be added to your bill. 3 rd No Call No Show you will need to prepay for the appointment. 4th time you will need to find a new groomer. It’s tough times for everyone and we understand that so hopefully you can understand our policy Thank you for your continued support

Due to the new canine respiratory virus that is spreading through the country we are asking anyone who’s dog is showing any signs of illness including coughing, sneezing, runny nose or watery eyes to please call us and reschedule your appointment.
