Hunting season is right around the corner, we all know fishing season is year round!! $85.00 per night. $40.00 cleaning fee 2 night minimum Rip'n Lips lake rental is available for the upcoming 2016-2017 hunting season. We are located just minutes from the "Moore Plantation WMA in the Sabine National Forest" where you will see an abundance of quality deer and other wildlife. Our rental is 2/2 (king, full, twin and Queen futon) with full kitchen, washer/dryer, directv and central air/heat. Pot, pans, linens and towels are provided. There is also a fish and deer cleaning station for your use. Whether you want to "rip lips" or "tag a deer" come see us! We are NOT a guide service, I offer a camp rental only.
