Absolutely — here’s some smart-ass advice for someone about to dive into their first Cowboy Christmas:

“Welcome to Cowboy Christmas, where your rig smells like sweat and diesel, your bank account cries nightly, and you’ll question your life choices somewhere around Idaho.”

Here’s what you really need to know:
1. Sleep is for the weak. You can nap when you’re dead — or when you’re broke and back home.
2. Pack extra underwear and a second set of trailer brakes. You’ll need both when things get sketchy.
3. You’re not late — you’re just on ‘rodeo time.’ But don’t push it, slack waits for no one.
4. Don’t trust GPS. If it says a road is “passable,” it’s probably a goat trail with one bar of signal and zero hope.
5. Enter like you’re rich, drive like you’re broke. It’s the only way to make it out with gas money and a little pride.
6. You’ll meet legends, lunatics, and livestock that hate your guts. Smile through it all and keep your rig rolling.
7. Remember: it’s not about winning every check — it’s about surviving long enough to tell the stories.

Got a little wild in South Dakota yesterday 😳

Safety always comes first, and we’re incredibly grateful to the CSR board and committee for making the right calls today and keeping everyone safe.

Due to the severe weather, today’s rodeo was postponed - but we’re back at it tomorrow at 2PM! (6/29)

🏆 Repeat Victory for Hailey Kinsel at the Reno Rodeo clocking a blazing 50.97 on three runs. Emily Beisel and McKenna Coronado rounded out the top three in a tough field of contenders.

🔥 Another big win for Kinsel, proving she’s still one of the most dominant forces in the sport.

I have designed panels that take up half the space, but expand for more functional use! 5ft in storage to 9ft 9'' in extension! Need less to make more! Each panel can be used as stall fronts or make pens!

Everyone gonna be painting their horses like a zebra now! 😆 🤣

Scientists believe that a function of a zebra’s stripes is to deter insects, so a team of researchers painted black and white stripes on several cows and discovered that it reduced the number of biting flies landing on the cows by more than 50%
