I was honored to help put this beautiful girl Sheeba to rest in October. She passed peacefully in her momma's lap, outdoors under the shade of a tree at their ranch. 💚🐾

Her parents invited me to attend their show Gladius that following weekend. What a great show with talented riders and acrobats. Please consider attending one of their shows next time they host one. The show is funded by donations only and they are used to help rescue horses. Horses in the show are recues that they have trained. After being returned to the shelter multiple times, Odie finally found his FURever family with Fred and Nat. Odie even has a book about him; "Odie Finds a Home!". What a lucky boy to be so loved. It was an honor to be entrusted with his end-of-life care. 💚🐾

When I started Peace for Paws in November 2020, I had no idea how fulfilling it would be for me. I definitely never imagined that in just a little over three years, I'd have 500 5-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews!

Last month I was lucky enough to visit Thailand. It was an amazing experience! While there, I visited the local animal shelter, Lanta Animal Welfare . Life is WAY different and much more difficult for the street dogs and cats of Koh Lanta. Lanta Animal Welfare helps save the lives of injured animals, does spay/neuter clinics to help control the growing population on multiple islands, and also offers pet adoptions that almost always go to other countries. They do not get any government funding and rely solely on donations. They also host a cooking class Time For Lime to raise funds, which I attended (and it was delicious) 😋. I wanted to share my experience and their info to raise awareness and to hopefully help them out. They are currently in critical need of donations to keep the shelter running. I'll be starting a monthly donation myself for them this month. If you would like to donate, please visit their website.
