Meet Ben & Chelci.

Their mom and dad wanted to be sure these black beauties stood out in these photos so we picked this gorgeous light and airy desert backdrop for their session and took so many photos of these sweet pups being loved on by their parents for holiday photos.

You'd never know by the first image that Chelci was a serious pup or how nervous little tripod Ben was when we first started, look at their happy goofy faces! I love that we were able to capture their true personalities.

It's Small Business Saturday!

If you're like me, you've gotten about 12,967 e-mails and texts this week about sales from every store you've ever looked at. There's a lot of noise out there for stuff, but finding something special, unique or homemade for the people you love really makes a difference.

Consider shopping small this season whether it's online or in-person at local shops and markets in your community. ✨Cat Appreciation Post✨

It’s not every day that I get to photograph a cat at the park (actually, this was my first time) and I was a little nervous going to this session because I’m not as knowledgeable on cat behavior as I am with dogs and wasn’t sure how they’d react to the camera.

Parker immediately made me forget any fears I had and made this session a breeze. I can’t share too many of these family holiday photos just yet but when I say this cat posed for me on every shot, I mean it!

I love love love how these turned out and am looking forward to photographing more adventurous kitties😻

Meet Novah.

This sweet girl was eager to pose and play at the park during this session. I met her and her mom a few months ago at the cute Pups & Pilates event and learned that this mellow pup is also a therapy dog! We re-created some specific poses from a shoot they had done years ago with a previous beloved dog and got so many more gorgeous shots to go along with them.

Happy Saturday! Anyone have any fun plans for the weekend?

Meet Krewe.

This good boy was one good lookin’ pup. He was so playful and just happy to be running around the park with his mom. He also just so happened to be celebrating his 1st birthday with this session🎂

Meet Wednesday.

This sweetface is here to prove to all of you doubters out there that your dog has what it takes to be a star in front of my camera. This sassy senior was getting her glamour shots during this session in hopes that a better portrait would lead to an adoption.

She loves treats, sniffing out her surroundings, sticking out her tongue when she eats, and has a little pep in her step when she walks that makes her fluffy ears really floof out. She was not fully trained, did not care that I was there to take her photo and couldn't be bothered to sit still and THESE WERE HER PHOTOS. Just being her cute little happy self, walking around a beautiful location on a leash.
