We teach centered riding and focus on balance and safety while having fun! We teach mostly western but do teach English as well. Here is the Gypsy that dreams are made of! If you are looking for a sweet, kind Gypsy gelding this is your guy! He doesn’t act like a 2yo. He is laid back and very respectful. He will most likely be a more whoa than go kind of guy. Already very desensitized and excellent ground manners for a young lad. He is as cool looking as you could find of a black and white paint with one white ear which really makes him stand out. I have been around a few Gypsy’s and I think this guy is my favorite. I’ve seen a lot of them that use their strength to push people around. This guy is not like that. He absolutely loves attention but he is respectful and patient. He has already been hauled around quite a bit to therapy sessions as an equine therapy horse so is pretty seasoned for such a young horse. Hasn’t been started but has been saddled and wasn’t bothered by the saddle so should be an easy one to get broke. I can’t say enough about this sweet boys disposition. If you’re looking for a sound young horse with a good clean slate you need to take a look at Wyatt.

Sophie:
The sweetest, most gentle horse you could find anywhere. If she could come in the house and snuggle with you she would! Sophie is about 15h and I was told she was 16 yo but I would say 18 plus. These kind of horses are so few and far between. Sophie is an absolutely wonderful mare. If you are looking for a safe horse that absolutely anyone can ride and is always reliable this is your girl. She is amazing on the trails and in the arena. Just the right amount of go and whoa. She has a smooth jog trot and nice lope and takes her leads in the arena. She loves to trail ride and goes whatever pace you want. For me she will walk out nice because I ask for that. She will mosey along for a beginner. She doesn’t care about dogs, quads, bikes or anything really. I haven’t found anything that spooks her. You can pony horses on her and she’s not the least bit Marish in the pen or when being ridden. She will go out alone or with other horses. She bathes, ties, hauls and loads like a dream. She has wonderful ground manners and is patient for all levels of riders. She’s currently being used as a lesson horse on the trail and in the arena for all ages of people. If you know me you know I put horses through the paces before I will vouch for them. Sofie is a gem and I’m proud to offer her. If you’re looking for a been there, done that confidence builder that pretty much anyone can ride she’s your girl.

Zipper" is a super sweet mare thats very fun to ride. she's gentle and athletic. 12yo and about 14h. Smoothest jog trot ever and a nice lope. This mare has been a trail horse her entire life and has had a couple of babies. She also has been ridden in the arena and has an amazing stop, takes her leads and is soft in the face. She loads well and hauls well, adjusts to new places with ease. She has excellent ground manners. Just about anyone can ride her who is intermediate on up. Not for a total beginner or timid rider because she can test a little sometimes. Mostly just a joy to ride. Goes out alone as well. She would be an awesome little heel horse, barrel horse, or cow horse. The sky is the limit for this pretty little girl. She's not marish at all and is very good around other horses. 2017 AQHA Gelding approx 15.3h "Swagger" is a true one of a kind gelding. He is as stunning as a mover as you could find and his personality is oh so charming. He's an absolute sweetheart that really wants to please. Swagger has lots and lots of training and is very broke. He is super soft in the face and has the prettiest gaits. He absolutely floats at the trot and he has a rocking chair lope. His lope is oh so smooth! Swagger has done a lot in his 7 years. He was started on the Myers Ranch in South Dakota. He has a lot of barrel training and has been hauled and exhibitioned. He also was started on the head side and showed promise there. While being headed on last summer he got a little back sore so they injected his SI and pretty much laid him off for a couple months. Swagger has been with me now since the middle of Feb and is showing great promise. He has legged up nicely and is ready to go. He was recently looked at by Dr.Merrill who found a little soreness in his hocks. His hocks were injected and his teeth were done and Dr Merrill thinks he should have a bright future ahead of him. He thinks hocks will have to be maintained. I think he would excel in the dressage or western dressage world or maybe even ranch pleasure or ranch versatility. He may be able to go back to the barrel pen as well and if he someone can keep him maintained he is an absolute powerhouse and will be a very tough competitor. All vet records available and vet checks welcome. With some of the best barrel bloodlines in the industry and enrolled in several incentives this horse is sure to turn heads and steal hearts wherever he goes!

Super sweet mare! Approx 15.1h and 10yo this sweet grade mare has a bright future ahead of her. She’s easy to ride and super sweet on the ground. Very quiet and excellent ground manners. Will stand tied all day, great for the shoer and just easy to have around. Bathes, ties and loads. She is fun to ride in the arena with a pretty stride that could go English or be a super nice barrel/gymkhana mare. Patterned lightly on the barrels. Recipe for raising a “horse girl”…….
You bring them home from the hospital and instead of keeping them home you let them breathe in the smell of horses every chance you get….
Then at a few months old you prop them up in the saddle and hold them there to just sit in the saddle….
When they are 3 they say they can’t pick up the horse’s hoof …you help them but then tell them they need to finish themselves…..
You let them lead the 23 yr old faithful gelding because leading the big horse makes them feel so proud….
At 4 yrs old you teach them that the horse depends on them for water, hay, grain….Dinner might be almost ready in the house, but ponies eat first …..
At 5 years old, when she falls off for the first time, you check to make sure nothings broken, wipe her tears, then you give her a leg up and tell her to get it done, because you KNOW she’s a great rider…..
At 10 years old when she doesn’t place in her class at the horse show and she’s falling apart, you ask her if her horse worked hard for her, and then you tell her that to her horse she is #1, and to keep riding, because her horse depends on her……
At 12 years old she comes home from school and tells you another kid said something mean at school to someone she knows. She then tells you she told that kid to shut their mouth and keep it to themselves…. Then she walked off with the kid that was being made fun of……
At 13 years old her friends at the barn are as close as siblings……they support her in her wins and her falls…..the barn has created relationships that are thicker than blood….
At 15 years old her first “boyfriend” breaks up with her ….. you can tell she is upset so you both head to the barn. She wraps her arms around her horse’s neck, breathes him in, and the tears flow. But you can see that resolve emerge when she’s cantering around the ring…. She tells you her horse is better than that boy any day.

Approx 13yo 15h mare. Dead broke mare that is absolutely amazing on the trails. Dogs, quads, cows— there isn’t much that will phase this girl. Under saddle she is very easy and uncomplicated to ride. Super neck rein and stop. Let her sit for a while and climb on. She’s the same horse every time. I’ve never seen her even think about bucking, and I’ve also not seen anything that spooks her. On the ground she’s an absolute gem. Perfect ground manners and she acts more like a gelding than some of my geldings. I’ve had lots of different riders on her and every one of them have absolutely loved her. I would prefer to find her a home with someone that will keep her with me because I like her enough to keep her myself. Ruby is very responsive and moves out with little effort. Her only quirk is she is a little forward on the way home. She’s easily worked through it but for that reason I would say probably best first someone confident enough to hold her back just a little bit. Ruby is perfect for the vet and farrier. Just had her feet done and is ready to hit the trails with you!

Kind, Safe and extremely broke ranch gelding. At 14.3h and 5 years old, he's cute as they come! A thick made gelding that is the go to ranch horse. He is an outstanding ranch horse that will make a circle for you and not quit you.. He is short strided and smooth to ride. He is light in the bridle and easy to control. He has been everywhere you can imagine and some paces you can't. Sure footed in the mountains is an understatement for this guy! He will go where you point him and do any job you ask of him on the ranch. Awesome with cattle and great to ranch rope on. nbsp; Pinto is a super nice gelding that will bring years of enjoyment. While he is a wonderful, super broke gelding he is not a horse we recommend for a beginner just because he is a well broke ranch horse that has some go. If you're looking for something solid that can go all day, he's your man! If you want to do some backwood trails he will take you there. Awesome gelding for a ranch, barrels, arena work or just someone that is an avid trail rider. Nice rope horse prospect. He hasn't been out of the box much but you could go rope a bull on the freeway if you needed to.

Stryker is a one of a kind gelding. Gentle, sweet and broke yet very powerful. This guy has been there and done that! He was purchased by the current family for their 16 year old daughter who wanted to get into the high school rodeo yet didn't have a ton of riding experience. 4 year old Bentley is broke to walk, trot, canter although he is way more whoa than go. Moves off your leg and was previously neck reined. Previous owners would stand on him and even shot a pistol off of his back! Bottom of the pecking order; we haven’t found a horse that he hasn’t gotten along with. Recommend intermediate level rider or a beginner with a trainer as he’s young and needs his training reinforced periodically. Loads, unloads, stands tied, good for farrier. Up to date on vaccinations, farrier, dental. Easy keeper, great conformation and gorgeous to boot! Selling as I am a beginner (without a professional trainer), living in Northern Michigan, and Bentley needs someone that can continue his training while providing him a wonderful home!
Bently is a 15.1h 2019 gelding. He was a world champion halter horse when he was a yearling. Bently was broke and has a lot of training outside and on the trail. He was purchased in August by his current family.
Bently would be an awesome show or 4h horse for someone that knows what they are doing and wants a great all around horse that can excel in halter and all of the pleasure classes. He also would make an awesome trail horse for someone with experience that wants a horse with a super smooth pleasure jog and lope. Bently is a puppy dog on the ground and a real lover. Kisses is that prospect we are all searching for. You will drive the wheels off your pick up looking for another mare with her size, bone, phenomenal build, speed, and quiet mind. She was started about 2 months ago and has been an absolute joy to work with for all 60 rides. From day one this mare had no buck, kick, rear, or even spook, we saddled her the first time, hopped right on her and rode off. Since then we have exposed her to a bit of everything, she has been hauled along to and rode around at pro rodeos, been around flags, dogs, kids, loud speakers, been to the stockyards, used for work out on the ranch, has a fancy handle on the arena, and we've even started tracking the hot heels on her.
She has seen it all at the ripe age of 2 years old, and has an incredible foundation to boot. As soon as you put your foot in the stirrup on this mare you will feel what a fancy animal you have under you. From the roping pen, to the barrel pen this mare has all the pieces you'd want to see in a prospect. Loping pretty circles, super soft in the bridle, BIG stop, smooth fluid gaits, quick feet, a nice start to a spin, the list goes on.
Easy to saddle, shoe, bathe, load, trailer, and travels like a champ. Easy to catch even in a big pen and gets along great with other horses.
Now for her breeding, Kisses is an own daughter of Frenchman's hero who is out of a full sibling to Frenchman's Fabulous. She also has Mr Jess Perry on her papers and goes back to big names like chicks beduino, as well as Continental Fly who was one of the few direct offspring of the Famous mare, Browns Firefly of the Haythorne ranch. Continental fly was said by the Haythorne ranch to be the best stud horse they ever owned, and Browns Firefly was later awarded to be one of the most influential mares to the American Quarter Horse Breed, which is no small feat. Hancock Cinco was a daughter of another famous mare of the Haythorne ranch, Beaver 6.

Pearl is that family horse you will look everywhere to find. This mare is as quiet as they come and incredibly fun to ride. She has been used for everything from mountain trail riding, to gymkhanas, to ranch versatility, to 4-H, to team penning competitions, to therapy programs, etc. She is as SAFE as can be. Pearl knows the barrel pattern fairly well and has previously been entered at local jackpots as well. Colonel is a 15 year old sorrel QH grade gelding 15 h and approximately 1100 pounds. He’s very gentle, easy to catch and broke! The previous owner had him 10 years and casually trail road 3 or 4 times a month in the summer and turned him out in the winter months. Very low mileage he’s been taken care of all his life. Since I’ve had him I’ve used him on guided horseback rides in the mountains and was a rockstar at a youth scout camp, the kids loved him! He’s been turned out with other horses and gets along great I’ve also ponied other horses off him. He is very broke neck reins and moves off your foot easily he would fit a youth or inexperienced rider very well he has a good whoa but plenty of go when asked, an experienced rider would enjoy him too. He stands tied all day long, loads and hauls great and good for the farrier. No vices or bad habits he’s a perfect gentleman!
