Due to a high rate of last minute cancelations we will be enforcing our policy. If you cancal without a 24 hour notice twice we will require a non refundable prepayment of your groom. We are sorry if we come across as rude or non understanding. But our girls depend on everyone keeping their appointments as they are paid by commission and not hourly and it also drives appointments out further for no reason. We do understand things happen. It's not our intention to make anyone mad but we have to somehow slow this recurring problem down. We love all our customers and their pets sorry for any inconvenience.
