RIP Wally 2011 - 2025 💔
For almost 14 years, Wally (alongside his sister Kricket) has been our greeter, mascot and best friend here at Paws n Claws.
He was born in our crawlspace to a stray mama in Augist 2011, and has been here ever since, greeting clients and pets that came to see us every single day. Wally and Kricket have been the absolute best office kitties, and we have been lucky to have built a beautiful bond with them.
Wally has had respiratory issues for a while now. He has been receiving treatment from Sandy Hill Animal Clinic. They've given him the best care we could've asked for, but unfortunately they found cancer behind his eye today, and it had caused too much damage to save him.
He will be greatly missed here at Paws n Claws. So many of our clients have looked forward to Wally greeting them at the front desk every time they visit us here, for the past 13.5 years. His loss will be felt for years to come, and we will honor him by loving his sister even harder.
