Reality vs expectations. Not every dog that needs a muzzle is bad. Pet Parents please do not get offended If your Groomer tells you they had to muzzle your pet. This pet was a rescue and terrified of everything. Turns out that she was a fear biter not because she was mean, but because Grooming was new territory to her, touching her and coming at her using different objects was never done. Being with fear biter is very dangerous to the groomer as we don’t know what is going to trigger them to bite. We put a muzzle on her for the groomers safety and she was completed and was super happy afterwards and a very sweet dog. we instructed the parent to please continue regular grooming to help her get used to being touched dry objects and and always let the groomers know she’s needed to be muzzled in the past due to being a fear biter. hopefully in due time she will be more comfortable, and we will not need the muzzle. But if that doesn’t happen we totally don’t mind pets that do need them we just like to be aware of the situations up front for everyone’s safety.

A lot missing in the Photo but I just have to send a Thank You to my amazing Team! I constantly say it Mobile Grooming is not for the weak 🙄🫣😅!! Yesterday quickly turned into a Sh*t 💩 show. Full schedules , content shoot day, broken trucks , stranded employees on the side of the road. 😅 That gentle reminder of the vegas heat to come. Everyone was so amazing , patient, willing to go the extra mile and help where needed. You all are so appreciated!! 😘😘😘 Let’s also thank the night auto zone crew for letting us work on the car in their parking lot and being patient will all my hose and clamp questions 😅😂😂

Behind the scenes for sure. Under paid and doesn’t get the credit he deserves but we are so thankful for Tim. Our fleet manager who is constantly fixing something. How do we handle pets that are hard to groom ??? Every pet is different. Knowing the issues ahead of time get the best results. A groomer can be very prepared when given all the information ahead of time and the owner doesn’t have expectations. This baby has been with us 4 years and the vet won’t groom him. So we do we what we can. He is very tolerant until the face. We do what we can with the muzzle on and mom is happy.
