Camp Bow Wow® Premier Doggy Day and Overnight Camps provide a fun, safe and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention! We provide dog day camp for clients wishing to drop their dogs off in the morning and pick them up in the evening, as well as overnight boarding for travelers.

Positive exposure to people, animals, sounds, locations, and situations is the foundation of your puppy's growth journey, providing them with context for new experiences. 🌟

Why is socialization important? Safely socializing your puppy with animals, people, and places reduces stress and prevents behavioral issues like reactivity or anxiety. 🐾

Properly socialized puppies become confident, adaptable adult dogs, minimizing the risk of fearfulness. 🐕

Here's how to socialize your puppy: Use treats, play, objects, and praise for positive reinforcement when introducing them to new people, places, sounds, and animals.

Set socialization objectives: Meet new people, including children, every week. Monitor interactions for safety & be sure to pair these interactions with treats & praise to build a positive association.

Don't forget about vaccinated, friendly dogs! Camp is ideal for this, with vaccinated dogs, behavioral evaluations, and supervised play. 🐾

After fostering this silly little pup, Jack's mom knew they were meant to be together, and he's always been such a wonderful companion! When they found out he was sick with cancer they were relieved to have caught it early, with a positive prognosis after treatment. Jack's mom has been a great advocate for him and needed financial support when it came to the high cost of his surgery and treatment. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation® was happy to give Jack a grant for his medical care and he's already healed up great after surgery! UPDATE: Jada has found her forever home ♥️
Meet Jada, a sweet and loving 4-year-old pup looking for her forever home. Tragically, she lost her owner and is now in need of a new person or family to call her own. Jada is smart, affectionate, and eager to find a happy, loving home. She’s used to being the only dog but has shown she gets along well with other dogs. We’re unsure about her interactions with cats or other animals. Jada is currently staying with us at Camp Bow Wow Henderson, and we’d love for you to meet her or spread the word to someone who might be interested!
It may take her a little time to warm up, but once she does, she’ll form an incredible bond with her new family. Jada is spayed and fully up to date on her vaccines, including Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and K9 Influenza.
