We had one of our puppies mama come out to pick her out from "The Puppies of Paradise litter" of Music City Springers. Her mom, that came along with her couldn't resist! So she picked herself one out as well. 🐾 💘
We have been so blessed, everyone who our puppies have ended up with are just perfect for these beautiful sporty breeds.
They are able to give them a lot of quality time, love and adventure.

I just received some more pictures of Denim and Diamonds pups from the last litter. This is Alphie "AKA Willie". Give it another 6 months in his hair will be much longer and thicker. What a happy cutie pie!

Happy Easter Everyone! We are all blessed and today is the day we are reminded of the Greatness of that eternal Love!

Attention if you're a little squeamish you may not want to watch this birth of the pup.

Welcome these Beauties of Music City Springers Diamond 💎
We were up most of the night, would try and assist her in every way we can to make Miss Diamond as comfortable as possible.
We massage her, we cut the cords as soon as they come out so she doesn't tug on them and cause a hernia in the belly button area. We then dab the end of it with iodine to dry up the cord. We also give calcium shots in between puppies to help eliminate pain.

Pup is cleaned up by mom, then we suction the mucus out of their mouths. We dry them with a clean super soft microfiber cloth, turn them up and down gently a few times.
We then return the babies back to Mom to start nursing. Periodically giving her fresh cold water. Twice we let her outside quickly to use the restroom to come back quickly for the remainder of the births.

We clean up the bedding between each pup. When she push again we take the pups into box under heating lamp, so she can give full attention to the birth of the next one. In the background we play instrumental ocean sounds for relaxation.

If it all sounds a little over the top, maybe it is, but our Diamond and her babies are our tresures and we want to treat her and her newborns as such.

4.5 hours and full action! What a Blessing the birth of these beautiful babies are all healthy and Diamond is such a Champ and a great mommy! 🐾 💘

Headed back to the cabin. Ms Diamond is due between yesterday and Easter day. I've been gone for 3 days, and I know she's holding off till Mama gets there! Anytime now.

I'm so Excited! These are like my little puppy Grand-babies and I can't wait to see them, what they look like and the personalities when they develop. What a joy in our life!

I'm racing time with the storm that made meet me head on. Lord I Hope that the storms don't develop anything too nasty. Here we go.. Zoom zoom!

I got a update today on one of our beautiful pups from Denim and Diamonds last litter. Buddy, "AKA Hank". Really growing up. He's already 7 lb heavier than his daddy Denim @ 5.5 months old. He's gonna be a big boy. And he still has those beautiful blue/gray eyes!
