Good Dog Alert! Sofia, is a Malinois/GSD mix. When we started with Sofia, her main training concerns were Barking, Separation Anxiety, Dog reactivity and off leash recall! We are now on our 3rd In-Home session with her and her progress is through the roof! Even within the first week of training she was a completely different dog and her owner was able to have her off leash the following day at the park! We love you Sofia🐶🐾

Abbie Tingle and Puff have graduated from our gold package! When we started with him he was 4 months old and he is now 6 and a half months! He and Abbie have amazed us all during their obedience training! You would never believe his age if you came across Puff in public, he is such a mature puppy! The end goal for Puff is to become a therapy dog! So far I’d say we are off to a great start with this handsome boy!

Charlie aka…char, charles, char char, churro and many other words although he is now know as “good boy” is a 6 year old German shepherd/ Husky mix and man was he a stubborn boy. It has been a bumpy road for sure, but we can officially say he has completed his in-home portion of our gold package with flying colors! Charlie’s owners biggest concern was running away from the house and not caring for his handlers existence when it came to her trying to recall him. We now have Charlie checking in with his owner on and off leash, a solid long distance recall and all of his basic obedience complete!
Charlie has surprised us all with his transformation he has made in such a short amount of time! It’s crazy what a little bit of positive reinforcement can do!
We are going to miss this sweet boy, but we will see him in group class!

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
