Great news!!! We are now able to reopen our summer books!! Overnights are still not available but we have tons of dates available!!!

We are welcoming a new team member!! She is a great asset and brings many years of knowledge and experience!

Heads up to my wagon train friends!! Memorial Day weekend there will be a wagon/mule train!! It will start in Tuxedo, then staying at the farm on Friday night, continuing on through Jeter, and Pisgah. Horseback is also welcome based on experience of horse and rider to ensure the safety of all! If you’re interested in joining in give a call or shoot me a message!

You know it’s a long day at barns when you have to remove the shirt! Thank goodness for sports bras and tall trucks so no one can see. At the end of the day we love ALL our clients, our jobs, and each and every experience! 😉 Thanks to all for entrusting us with your farms!

God could have not gave me a better husband. For many years I prayed for the patience of Job. Through trials and tribulations he showed me that he literally gave me exactly that, through this man! He is the best! EVER!
Whether seen or not, pictured here is two of our 4 dogs, a cat, and our newest baby goat! How in the world did I get so blessed with a man that deals with my craziness!!

Our hearts and prayers go out to the owners and victims of the Tioga Downs family! The local 4H has setup a go fund me account for anyone interested. Such a sad day in the equine world.

As parents, we should never have to consider the thought of having to bury our children. I can't begin to imagine losing a child in the way that these two families have. One of which lost two of their children in this past Friday's car accident. As of now, Go-Fund-Me accounts have been created for the two families that are now dealing with the losses of their children. Please continue to keep these families in your thoughts and prayers.

Also keep the other student that is still in the hospital and his family, and the Chesnee community of friends/classmates/teachers/and staff. I've attached the links below for anyone who would like to help.

Today I am asking for prayers for Mike, my girls, the Chesnee South Carolina community, and especially the families that lost their children after school yesterday.

That being said, I will not be available for the next two weeks, I will be taking time off to ensure I can be there for my family and all those affected by this tragedy. If you are interested in making donations to help these families in anyway, feel free to contact me and I will ensure it gets to them.

Yesterday, an amazing client and friend lost a member of their family. This little guy, Joey, was estimated to be around 15-20 years old and was the most adorable guy ever!
In the short time we had the pleasure of farm sitting for him, he made such an impression on Well-Rooted. My entire family loved this little guy and his goofy little self. He lit up the day no matter how dreary or long the day had been. Always up for cuddles and being “released to the wild” (just outside the gate because that grass was way better apparently. 😉
Joey will forever have a special place in our hearts. We simply can’t imagine the pain and emptiness they are feeling. Just know that we are here for you all!

Cartoon goat was THE BEST! Our special boy!
