It’s a gloomy day out but we will be open all day - weather permitting. Check here for updates.

The season is winding down, there are only 4 days left to get some of the best blueberries around. Sunday will be our last day. We still have plenty to pick and we will have pre picked berries back in stock this afternoon. We are taking orders, please call us to reserve yours.

Ingredients:
For the Muffins:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar (+1 tbsp for muffin tops)
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup neutral-flavored oil (like safflower, avocado, or vegetable oil)
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
6 to 8 ounces fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
Prepare Oven and Muffin Cups:
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Line 8-10 muffin cups with paper liners and lightly grease the muffin tin tops.
Make Batter:
Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a measuring jug, add oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
Mix Batter: Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
Bake Muffins:
Divide and Top Batter: Divide batter among muffin cups and sprinkle the tops with the remaining tablespoon of sugar.

Nova Scotia Blueberry Cream Cake 🍇🍰

A deliciously dense cake layered with a rich blueberry and sour cream topping. Perfect for a potluck or a special dessert, especially when served with a dollop of whipped cream!

Ingredients:

For the Cake Base:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Blueberry Layer:

4 cups blueberries
For the Sour Cream Topping:

2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. 🧈

Prepare Cake Base: In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, and baking powder. Mix in the butter by pinching between your fingers or using a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Ingredients:
For the Dough:
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110°F)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
For the Filling:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
For the Blueberry Sauce:
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions:
Make the Dough 🥖

Delicious White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:

For the Crust:

Graham cracker crumbs
Granulated sugar
Unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:

White chocolate, melted
Cream cheese, softened
Granulated sugar
Eggs
Vanilla extract
Sour cream
For the Blueberry Topping:

Fresh or frozen blueberries
Granulated sugar
Cornstarch
Water
Lemon juice
For Garnish:

Fresh blueberries
White chocolate shavings
Directions:

Preheat the Oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream. Gradually mix in the melted white chocolate until well combined. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.

🫐🍋 Blueberry Lemon-Frost Cookies 🍪
These cookies combine the rich, buttery goodness of traditional cookies with the vibrant, tangy notes of blueberry jam and lemon frosting.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup blueberry jam
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Blue sugar crystals (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Set to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Wet Ingredients:
