UPDATE: Water main break has been fixed! We are back up and running for Saturday appointments 🐶

Unfortunately the water main break that is on East State St is still not fixed. As of 8:15am they are unable to give an ETA of restoration.
With that being said, we will have to reschedule everyone for today.
Hopefully tomorrow it will be repaired.
We apologize for the inconvenience

**About Us:**
At Yuppy Puppy Spa & Boutique, we are passionate about providing exceptional grooming services for our furry friends. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for pets and their owners alike.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist groomers with client requests and special instructions.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address any client concerns or questions with empathy and care.
-Clean as time allows in front area, grooming area, help with laundry as needed etc.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Passion for animals and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of scheduling software is a plus).

Hey there, I’m Riann! I only recently moved to the Ohio area from South Carolina where I helped run an in-home doggy daycare for over 5 years. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life - I’ve always had pups running around! I love making dogs feel and look their best. Whether it’s a bath, a trim, or a full grooming session, I aim to keep your furry friend happy and comfortable throughout the process. I also enjoy helping dogs build their confidence during their grooming sessions, ensuring they leave feeling relaxed and cared for. My goal is to treat every dog with the same love and care that I give to my own. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup!

If you’re new to Yuppy Puppy or wanting to learn more, here’s a few frequently asked questions…

1) Where are you located?

We have 2 locations! We're located in both Hermitage and Sharpsville, PA.

2) Should I make an appointment?

Always! We only accept appointments and the sooner you book with us the sooner we can pamper your pup.

3) How do I maintain my dog's coat?

Each dog and coat is different, so be sure to ask your pup's personal groomer about the regular maintenance involved between grooms as well as what to expect each time!

4) Do you have mobile grooming?

We sure do! Our mobile grooming unit is on the road and ready to travel to you and your furry friend. Grooming ease awaits!

5) How much does grooming cost?

The price for every groom is dependent on each dog's size, coat, and the amount of work involved to keep them happy and comfortable while they're with us. If you have questions about grooming specifics, just ask us when you book your pup's appointment.
