Every year I do the bangor mall fair and I'm always surprised of how many people show up! Having a small craft business is a lot for anyone and its my favorite time of year. I love seeing all the creativity and how happy everyone is to display their talents. This weekend was a great weekend. My number one seller was doggy bowties this year! I recieved a picture of "Charlie" sporting his festive fall bowtie! Pictures make me happy and I love seeing people dress their dogs up like I do. After all this business started 9 years ago because I decided to make Copper bandanas and I wanted to share them with other dogs lovers!

Snowy days call for sewing projects. Today I made my first two martingale collars. These collars are durable and easily adjustable. Martingale collars are good for training dogs who pull while on leash. Copper being the hambone that he is tends to pull but is easily corrected. Fae is an energetic soul so she pulls due to excitement but has done well with training! These collars will be effective for both dogs and of course fashionable. 😉

Meaning behind the fabric:
*Copper's is a green and blue plaid that represents two things. 1) Seattle seahawk colors since we are big seahawks fans! 2) green and blue plaid is the historical Sinclair tartan colors. The green in this plaid is a little too bright but pretty close.

*Fae is named after Bambi's girlfriend Faline due to her comical way of running like a deer. (If you didn't already know, our pets are all named after Disney characters)
