Ever see a white ambanja before? They’re very rare, but many years ago I bought one from . He’s Kamikaze on the bottom. I bred kamikaze but could never get white babies from him. Now, 4 generations later, you can see kamikaze’s genetics on our new white guy. His name is Hallucination and he’s EXTRA!

Ripley is such a spectacular beast. He’s 9 years old and was hatched in the US. Legend has it that he’s the largest captive-bred parsons chameleon in the States. Full disclosure: that statistic has not been confirmed, but if you know of a captive bred, orange eyed parsonii who may be up for a size-challenge, I’m totally down to do some comparisons 😉. Tag someone who may have a bigger lizard than me 🐲🐉

So yummy!!!

🌀Here’s a very common behavior that is rarely captured on video. For some unknown reason, juvenile male panther chameleons like to chew on branches and dead, crunchy leaves. They’re not very bright, so this guy doesn’t know he’s chewing on burlap. It’s always something brown, and the behavior always stops at adulthood. Nobody knows why they do this. It almost looks like teething, but they don’t lose their teeth so we just don’t know why they do it. Feel free to drop your theories 👇
