Capybara Yoga: The Chillest Yoga Class Ever
Have you heard of goat yoga? Cute, sure but we are taking it up a notch. Introducing Capybara Yoga!
Picture this: You’re flowing through your poses, finding your Zen, when suddenly Sprout the capybara waddles over, plops down, and demands a belly rub. Stay focused if you can he is a master of distraction.
For 90 glorious minutes, you’ll stretch, breathe, and attempt to maintain inner peace while Sprout roams the class, stopping to say hi. But don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to meet and greet after class with a well-earned glass of wine and some cheese (or water, if you are feeling virtuous).
