Second video of Picante
ππADOPTED!!ππ
Here are some videos of our so called "problem child" kitties we are desperately trying to find homes for. If you can't adoot at this time, plz share Share SHARE!! <3
PICANTE:
(Brn Tabby DSH)
Picante came to us on 6/16/2023 pregnant and feral. She did go to foster in a heated garage until the kittens were born then came back to us. She has come SO far from being a feral mama to a cat that is learning that a human touch is not as horrible as she once thought. (Before if you touched her, she would hop back with a crinkled nose as if to say "oh ISH!!!") She will still take some patience though. She has two videos posted so you can see that even though she wants love, she can still be "grossed out" by it at times. Her nips have gotten ALOT more gentle from what they once were though! She is 4-5 years old, fixed and UTD on shots. Her adoption fee is sponsored.
***(Facebook wouldn't let me add a second video to this post, so the second video of her behaving herself and minding her manners will be above this one) :)

DREAMSICLE:
(Org/Wht DSH)
Dreamsicle came to us on 8/17/2023. She has been with us for quite some time and had multiple trips to the vet to figure out what was wrong with her medically. Not feeling well would make ANYONE ornery! In the end, we ended up finding out that she has asthma. She is on prednisone once a day right now. It is uncertain if she will always have asthma or if it is something that will get better. She will need to only use special litter as well (anything hypoallergenic). Her adoption fee is sponsored.

PAWS:
(Org DSH)
Paws came in on 1/27/2024 as a surrender with another cat who has since found a home. He does not like dogs, which is why he was surrendered. He did get along with the cat he came in with but we have not seen his reaction with any of the other cats here. He is 5 years old, neutered and UTD on vaccines. He CAN be a sweet boy, as long as it is on his own terms. If you try to force love on him, his "problem child" side WILL come out. His adoption fee is $125

SAMMY:
(Choc. Pt. DSH)
Big boy Sammy. . . He came in as a surrender on 1/18/3024 when his owner sadly passed away. He is also front declawed and he is already neutered and is 7 years old. When he first came to us he was very scared and would growl the whole time. And open up his kennel? NO WAY! He has come SUCH a long way since first coming in. He still needs his rabies, but is up to date on all other vaccines. His adoption fee is $125

TOOTSIE ROLL:
(Black DSH)
He is a sweet boy, he is just very shy and unsure at first. I've personally never had him try to claw or bite me. His weakness is feathers (he loves them and they are the way to his lil heart). He first came to us 12-28-2023. He and another cat left as FTA for a while but unfortunately (no fault of their own other than just being cats) neither one was picked back up after they got back from their neutering appointments. So he does have the ability to get along with other cats. He is now estimated to be 10 months old. He has had his rabies and he is up to date on vaccines. I have paid for his full adoption so he is one of our fully sponsored kitties.
ADOPTED
**FULLY SPONSORED**
Meet Tootsie Roll!! He has been with us since December 28th 2023. He did get to go to a home for a bit as a FTA with another cat, Shrek. Both were brought back on 1-18-24 for their TPSN appointments to be fixed, but we're never picked back up when they got back. Shrek has since been adopted, but Tootsie Roll is still here and ready to find a home to call his own! He is a sweet boy who is a lil on the shy side at first. He loves feathers! (That's how I won his heart in the first place ;) And as you can see in the video, he LOVES his pets when he learns to trust you. His adoption has been fully sponsored!! (You'll need the $ to buy a semi truck of feathers ;) ) He is about 10 months old, is fixed and UTD on vaccines including rabies. He has lived with another cat. Slow introductions are always best though. Come meet him Tuesday-Sunday 12-5 <3
