Sheds Direct did an amazing job delivering our dog house. We are going to finish and insulate the building. We will be putting in two whelping rooms and a mini split heat pump. These are going to be some spoiled dogs n' puppies!

Transitioning our dogs to home made diet... Mostly raw, but they will get some coooked whole grains and veggies. Some meat will be cooked early on and all this will be mixed with their regular dog food to transition. They are also getting healthy doses of kefir with their food to help them transition. Some might say they are spoiled lol.

Training has hit a hiccup... Our princess hit her 2nd heat. She will be getting spayed asap now that we know for sure she's done growing and developing. This week has been a lot of management for us. How to move dogs... Where to keep dogs... Separating dogs... Are you barking at the outside or you just trying to go out at midnight to run off a male dog that showed up here? Yes Axl did that. But that is part of having a dog or dogs sometimes it comes down to management. Y'all pray for us.

So proud of our studs today.... The Aussie was actually closer than this and growling at our boys. Our boys held their positions and did not react. Axl our Rottweiler actually walked between my legs the whole line. This is how you protect your misunderstood breeds of dogs. If your dog is a certain breed or has a certain look to them and something happens between them and another dog. It is automatically going to be your dog's fault even if your dog didn't instigate the event. And no it's not fair... But protect those babies.

So last year we started our kennel with our studs and we did some rescue work... We rescued Malibu who was pregnant. About a month later she gave us 3 puppies Hank, Joker, and Princess. Malibu is right at 30lbs. A year later not one puppy is under 50lbs. Joker the short thick guy is 55lbs, Princess the one in the pink collar is 65, and Hank the two lanky boy is pushing 75lbs. The dad was a suspected German Shepherd Dog in the neighborhood Malibu was abandoned in. Her owners moved and just left her in the winter of 21. Yes we are pursuing breeding rotties and bullies. But we are not blind to the shelter issues. We have since rescued another behavioral case dog. We also plan on fostering in the future once fully setup to help the local shelters and rescues. Not all breeders are the same. We just love dogs and particularly rotties n bullies. So it is our desire to improve and advocate for those breeds while saving others.

Brought this little lady home 2 weeks ago. She's growing like w**d. Already knows sit, down, focus, and getting the concept of touch. She's a smart cookie that loves treats. She officially starts her training classes today.
