We need help finding a good home for my Nanas pitbull Lucy. She’s 5 years old, super sweet, house trained and gets along with other dogs (not sure about cats). I groom her so she I used to being bathed and having her nails done. Unfortunately Nana can longer handle her. The downside is that she may be pregnant because she got outside with another dog, we are trying to get her spayed before rehoming her (every where I checked is booked till December). If you know anyone who may be interested let me know please. If you know of any pitbull rescues feel free to tag them. I will get a photo of her to add to this post asap

‼️In the past few weeks I’ve had a lot of no shows or last minute cancellations. I normally do not charge a fee for this, but since it has become such a common problem I am going to have to charge for missed appointments. I’ve missed out on $115 in just 2 days. When I have time set aside to groom your dog and you do not show up not only do I lose the money for the groom, I also lose that time because I cannot fill the spot with such late notice. I understand emergencies happen so in some situations I will not expect payment. If you are a repeat offender I expect full payment before putting your dog on the schedule to ensure I don’t lose time/money. If anyone has any questions please feel free to send me a message! ‼️

KENNEL COUGH NOTICE
As of recently there is a new strain of kennel cough that has been spreading quickly through North Carolina. The Bordetella vaccine is not working to protect against this certain strain.

We are taking every precaution to keep your dog safe while coming to our salon.

If your dog has had a cough in the last 14 days please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

If your dog has been to the vet or a boarding facility recently please let me know as well.

It’s flea & tick season and I know a lot of people are treating their pets for it. If you are getting your dog groomed/bathed don’t apply any drops like frontline/advantix etc. for 3 days before or after grooming to make sure they are effective. A bath after using can cause the drops to be washed off and if applied too soon after the bath it can make them not soak into the skin properly. Also please DO NOT use Hartz brand flea/tick treatment, it can be deadly.

It’s been a while since I posted, you guys have been keeping me busy with all the furbabies! I just want to take a second to say how thankful I am to all my customers 💗 I don’t know what I would do without you guys, I appreciate y’all so much for doing business with us.

I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who has came to visit us this year, I have enjoyed meeting everyone and all their furbabies! I am so beyond blessed to have this business and all the wonderful clients. I really love you all and appreciate the love I get in return. I am taking a break for Christmas, but I am already looking forward to bringing in the next year with y’all.
