This beautiful girl is Bebe. She is approximately 12 years old. Bebe’s owner passed away and needed a rescue to step up. Her owner was elderly and wasn’t able to give the medical care she needed. She was also fed too much which attributes to her being overweight. Our vets gave Bebe the TLC she needed. Her current foster makes sure Bebe gets daily exercise and is limiting her calories. As soon as this girl started to feel better, her personality shined. She is timid around new people but once she has her person, she will follow you wherever you go. She loves to go for short walks and gets along with kids and other dogs. she can do a few stairs, but nothing too slippery please! She is just learning what a dog bed is and certainly getting spoiled with that! She travels well in the car and will even lay by your side all day while you work. Bebe doesn’t need much, just someone to be with and give her the life that she deserves.

Manny here. I’m sure you’re wondering what a shepherd mix is doing in a lab rescue. I lucked out with CLR. They knew I needed a rescue to help me. A rescue friend told them about me and CLR stepped up. My future wasn’t bright only because not enough rescues available to help my breed. I’m doing really well in my foster home. I am a little shy in the beginning but with several good tasting treats I warm up. I have the cutest Labby gal neighbor that comes over to play with me. She chases the ball and I chase her. I’m really smart and learn quickly. I’m great on a leash, housebroken and crate trained. I need all of you to share my post. I know there is a family just waiting for a hunky shepherd mix. I’m 1-1/2 yrs old, 75 lbs.

Maxwell is the perfect house guest. He is quiet, doesn’t bark, is potty trained, crate trained, he is not destructive. He can get bored but can be redirected with some challenging toys. He doesn’t care about cats (sometimes i think he is scared and so he just doesn’t look at them lol) He gets along with dogs. He would like a friend his size. He does not want a hyper friend.
