Not surprisingly, Josh was seeing frosty gates this morning, making it impossible to service some yards.
If your gate's frozen or blocked with snow, please give it a quick clearing (we appreciate it!), or let us know if you need to cancel your service this week. No worries, no charge!
But if the path is clear, Josh is ready to work his magic!✨
Just a reminder, service continues as usual for open gates, or if we do not hear from you and Josh makes the drive to your home.

Hey there, snow-loving pups and their people!

In short- service goes on...

The wind is howling, the snow is falling sideways, and guess who's still out there, braving the sub-zero temperatures and knee-deep snowdrifts? That's right, our very own Josh, the P**p N Scoop resident polar bear... er, we mean, P**p N Scoop extraordinaire! ❄️ He's bundled up like a yeti and armed with a shovel worthy of Thor, determined to pick up after your pups' winter wonder-p**ps.

But here's the deal, even Josh has his limits. This blizzard's got a bite that could freeze a yeti's beard, and we wouldn't want him turning into a popsicle mid-scoop.

So, we'll be keeping a close eye on things, and if Josh doesn't manage to get to you, we'll let you know individually.

Stay warm, stay safe, and give your furry friends an extra cuddle.

Hey paw-some pups and their people!

Mother Nature's throwing a snow-globe party this Friday, and guess who's not invited? Unfortunately, that means the p**p patrol will be putting down our trusty p**per scoopers and swapping them for cozy mugs of hot cocoa. ☕️

We know, we know, nobody likes a yard full of surprises after a blizzard, but trust us, these slippery sidewalks and snowdrifts are making even the most nimble butts waddle with caution.

So here's the deal:

Friday service this week is cancelled (01.12.2024). Don't worry, your furry friends won't be left high and dry. We'll pick up where the pawprints end on your next scheduled day.

No stink-eye from us! We're not charging for cancelled services due to the weather.

Get shoveling! While we're on hiatus, feel free to channel your inner snow bunny and get those yards cleared. Just remember, if you find any hidden treasures, they're not ours.

Thanks for being such paw-some customers! We'll be back scooping up the sunshine (and anything else) at your next scheduled service day. Until then, stay warm, stay safe, and remember, even if your yard is a winter wonderland, your pup is still the best part of it all. ❤️

We're always looking for ways to improve your experience with us, and that includes making payments easier and more convenient! That's why we're highlighting the benefits of Automatic Clearing House (ACH) payment for your invoices.

ACH is a secure and direct way to pay through your checking account, skipping the hassle of credit card processing. This saves us processing fees that we ultimately pass on to you through higher prices.

Why Choose ACH?

- Easy & Convenient: Simply provide your bank account information at checkout, and payments will be automatically withdrawn and applied to your invoice.

- Secure & Encrypted: As with credit cards processing, all your information is handled securely by Square.

Making the Switch:

- Auto-Charge Customers: If you're enrolled in auto-charge please contact us by replying to this e-mail. We'll remove the auto-charge and send you your next invoice without charging it, and you can update your payment method to ACH at check out and, remember, to check "auto-charge" again.

- Manual Charge Customers: You already have the option to pay via ACH at checkout! Simply choose this method during your next payment. As with credit cards, you can save this information for your personal convenience to use for future payments.

Important notes:

- We never store or access your payment information, regardless of the chosen method. Square handles all financial transactions for us.

- We do not accept paper checks due to security concerns and lack of efficient tracking systems.

Happy Holidays!

There will be no service from Monday, December 25 through Friday, December 29.

Missed service days will not be made up and you will not be charged. Your invoice date will be adjusted accordingly.

Josh will be servicing your yards on Monday, January 1, 2024.

During the time off Josh will be driving south to Naples, Florida, with his two large dogs to spend the holiday time with his family.
