In our ongoing effort to provide you with the best service possible, we will be making our quarterly adjustments to our Weekly Regular routes today. These changes are necessary to ensure we can accommodate your scheduling needs while upholding the highest standards of care.

If you currently receive services from Monday to Friday as a Weekly Regular client, please expect a notification this evening regarding any alterations to your designated Pet Care Specialist, if applicable. We understand that this news may stir mixed emotions for both you and our Pet Care Specialists, as we know the bond that can form with your regular caregiver. Nevertheless, as our business grows, these adjustments are crucial for us to maintain the quality care you deserve.

The new routes will come into effect starting Monday, August 5th. We will do everything in our power to ensure a seamless transition and guarantee that your beloved fur babies will continue to receive the same level of attention and affection they have come to know from us.

We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support as we work to enhance our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction and the happiness of your fur baby family members are our top priorities.
