About Altitude

Altitude Animal Hospital is a full service, privately owned, animal hospital. We are here to serve the dogs and cats of Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Denver, Roxborough, and beyond. We offer wellness, geriatric, medical, and surgical care plus much more. Dr. Karen Todd has been practicing veterinary medicine in Littleton, CO for over 17 years and is so excited to start this hospital with her business partner, Michele Carpinello. Michele has been a certified veterinary technician for 17 years and loves all aspects of veterinary medicine. Nicole Roulain, a graduate of Bel-Rea Institute, is also joining us at Altitude Animal Hospital and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and technical skills. Our doors will be opening May 4th. You can call us now to talk about your pets and to get to know us a bit. We can also schedule an appointment for you to get you on our schedule.
