It's heating up this week! The temperature inside a car can skyrocket to dangerous levels in a matter of minutes. Pets can suffer from heatstroke, irreversible organ damage, or even worse in a very short amount of time. Cracking a window isn't enough – it does little to prevent the rapid temperature increase. Please do not leave your pets in a hot car!

With Easter just around the corner, beautiful lilies will be everywhere. But please be aware that ALL parts of the lily plant (leaves, petals, pollen, even the water in the vase) are extremely toxic to cats. Ingesting a small amount, or even licking the pollen off their fur, can cause severe kidney failure and health issues.

Keep your feline friends safe this Easter by:

🔹Avoiding lilies altogether in your home.
🔹Checking bouquets carefully before bringing them inside.
🔹Educating friends and family about the danger.

If you suspect your cat has come into contact with a lily, seek immediate veterinary care. Early intervention is crucial!
