We did our first private homeschool co-op last month and it was such a big hit!

This time it will be open to all to come play at the barn for a couple hours on selected dates.

We enjoy giving the kids a ride and seeing them light up with all the hands-on time with our horses. ♥️

Who remembers these two ragamuffins?

We haven’t been very good about keeping y’all updated on the two wild mustangs we adopted a couple years ago.

Prince toted around his first kid at the hunter jumper show this past weekend. We are so proud of him! We love this boy!

Cassiopeia has recently turned 3 years old. She is moving right along in her training…more to follow on that. She’s growing up and learning how to be a horse.

🌟 Believe in yourself and accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Riding is hard. Quitting is hard. Every ride is a challenge.

Some rides are about learning something new. Others, it’s practicing the same thing as last time till it clicks.

But it’s the love of the horse and the chase of achieving harmony and teamwork with them that keep us going.

An important part of our horses’ upkeep is seeing the chiropractor…Megan LeePack is probably one of their favorite people to see.

Our horses are athletes and sometimes need that extra help so they can do their job and feel good physically.

We are as ready for Idalia as we can be.🌀

Extra sand was brought in and added to shelters to give horses a dry place to stand with the anticipated excess rain coming our way.

All troughs and buckets are filled to the top.

Stocked up on hay and grain.

Zipper and Jet were really helpful with this process 😂

🌟 We emphasize the importance of making sure our horses get the best care.

This week the Prince Equestrian herd got their routine shots and blood drawn for testing. A few horses had acupuncture to loosen muscles and promote sweating.

The saddle fitter also paid us a visit to re-flock (adjusting the stuffing inside the saddles) our program saddles to make sure our horses stay comfortable in work.

Maintaining our lesson horses and equipment comes at a great price.
