If you text the scheduler number we WILL SEE it after hours and on weekends, as well as the page.
All calls go to our main line and we DO NOT see these after hours or weekends.
All numbers are work numbers and all staff can see and respond.
We do not reply if we're not open, unless it's a night before change we will confirm we received it. But you will not be rescheduled until the following business day.
Lastly, if you call/text all 3 avenues, it does not get you a quicker reply or scheduled over another client. All calls and text are replied to and scheduled in order of arrival.

Many of you are getting our new reminder and are confused, especially if you've already replied Y to confirm.
This second message is because of the recent increase in last min cancelations and no shows.
If you already confirmed the appointment, there is no need to reply again. If you haven't confirmed, this is the 2nd chance to do so or cancel and avoid paying additional fees. This also allows us to fill the appointment or rearrange our day with notice (which we appreciate very much).
Yes, we are enforcing our cancelation/no show policy:
Less than 24 hour cancelations HALF of the days groom charges as scheduled will be due at next appointment.
No show will be charged the FULL groom as scheduled and must be paid PRIOR to your next appointment.

Spay and Neuter those Kitties!
EDIT: We only have appointments for males left.
Yesterday we did 60 low cost community spay & neuters.
On May 18th we are doing it again!
If you are interested in getting your cat in for surgery here is what you need to know:
-Animal must be a cat.
-Cats must be over 2lb and at least 2 months old for surgery.
-Appointment must be paid for immediately after reaching out or you will be skipped. Do not reach out if you are not ready to make your payment to hold your spot. We do not have time to keep chasing people down and we will not continue to hold spots for people who don't show up. Contact information for scheduling will be listed below.
-If you do not secure the cat prior to paying for the appointment and the cat is lost, doesn't show up, runs away, ECT. You will NOT be refunded and we are no longer rescheduling. We advised you, we held a spot for you and now another cat has lost its chance to get fixed because instructions were not followed.
-Drop off time will be 8-9 am and pick up time will be no later than 5pm.
-Cats must be contained individually in plastic or metal proper carriers. No cardboard boxes.
-Additional services will be offered the day of surgery, this includes microchipping, vaccines, snap testing, flea and tick preventative. Pricing for these optional services will be given to you after scheduling.
Again, if you are not ready to make the payment today please do not reach out.
If you are, Neuters are $50 and spays are $70 each.
When you contact our scheduling volunteer, send your first and last name, email address, home address, number of cats, their genders and names. Let us know if they are your cat, a stray or a feral.
