We’re so grateful for the last four years of service to our community and are excited about what will come next. Before taking a liking to the shelves, Belind liked this bucket of biochar for nesting. This morning we startled each other. Apparently she’s decided this is the best spot again. Her lite blue-green eggs are my favorite of all the ladies here in the UrbFarm.

We are having an epic adventure with these kids from the E.P.I.C. Foundations spring inter session program! We’ve learned all about compost, plants, insects, and chickens so far this week and look forward to two more days of activities together.

Anthony Anderson first discovered the joys of gardening while living in New York City as a fashion model. What started as a small hobby on the fire escape soon turned into a passion for fruit trees, food forests, and permaculture.
Anthony created GrowParadise.com as a way to spread the joy and possibilities of planting these food forests. He lives in Pepe'ekeo, Hawai'i where he farms and teaches about permaculture.
