With warmer weather here, it’s vital to learn the warning signs of heat stroke and to stay preventive!

•When hot/humid, keep your pet’s time outdoors limited
•Keep your pet hydrated
•Ensure your pet has ventilation and a cool environment
•Dogs with short noses are at higher risk due to their condensed facial anatomy and restricted ability to cool themselves

If any of the signs of heat stroke appear, please contact your veterinarian immediately.
