Skull mounts that went out this week!

Some fish that are going home! Wanted to make mention of the two in the middle. They are the biggest fish that have ever come into the shop. One was 13.88 and the other was 14.79. Both of these fish were donated to the fisheries division’s of L.D.W.F and eggs taken from them. Unfortunately both of these fish died and were brought to me to be preserved. I would like to thank Michael Ray and Aaron Strother for trusting me with these once in a lifetime trophies.

Well, this was a first. One of my customers called me and asked if I could do a skull mount on a Flathead catfish. I told him I wasn’t sure if there was enough bone structure, so he sent me a pic of someone who had attempted it. Although, it was lacking on several levels, I told him to bring his. I’m glad I did. Here is the finished product. By the way, the customer was very pleased!
