Hi everyone! I've been so busy getting the house and baby things together for our new pack member, I completely forgot to to update everyone!

I am now 34 weeks along and this will be my last week available for any bookings. Ruff Runs will be officially closed and I will be on maternity leave for the foreseeable future starting, April 20th.

With this being my first, I don't want to make any promises as to when I will be available again. I want to give myself and my family time to adjust at our own pace and not rush recovery or family time.

I thank everyone in our Ruff Runs family for their trust in me to care for your furbabies. I truly loved caring for each dog, cat, horse, alpaca, snake, chicken, etc.

This is not a goodbye post. I love my job and will be back. In the meantime, I will be posting my side hobby, pottery, on this page and my website. I offer statewide shipping for those interested in purchasing.

I havs also included our registry for those that have asked for it. Baby Brandt is so blessed to have so many people that love him already 🥰

Hi everyone! I am officially back to work and with some big news (and changes)!

I am back a lot later than expected, but that's because we found out 2 weeks after moving to Ft Stewart, we will have a little helper arriving in May 2024. We are so incredibly excited for this new journey!

With this exciting news, there will be some changes to how I run Ruff Runs. Part of the delay in reopening was due to 1st trimester being pretty rough for me and now that I'm in 2nd trimester, seeing what my limits are.

The first major change is that Ruff Runs will now be run as a hobby vs as a true business. Why? Because I am not sure how soon I will start maternity leave. Ideally, my hope is to make it to April 1st. With how much of a headache and expensive it is to get a business license where I currently reside, I have decided to opt out. With that being said, my Rover account is still open and available for clients to book through if they would like the peace of mind of being insured.

I will also only be taking two houses at a time, with a drive distance of 20 minutes maximum, one way. I am still available for cat houses that are comfortable with litter changes every 2 days or have automatic litterboxes. Walking clients must be properly leash trained. The number of pups I walk at once is dependent on their level of training.

Just a reminder that camp and daycare are no longer services I provide due to us renting. It has been strange not having a pack of pups running around causing chaos in my home. I sometimes miss the muddy pawprints I randomly find on my walls...

I am currently already booked for Chritmas, but I still have availability for New Years! You can private message me to set up the free meet and greet before booking. Rover booking is available or you can book directly on my website starting tomorrow!

I am so thankful for the clients I have found already and look forward to all the furbabies I will get to meet in the future!

*Forever home found*

These two are in desperate need of a forever home. We move in 10 days. Unfortunately, we will be renting and can't take them with us.

Bubbles (male) and Buttercup (female) are siblings and bonded. They must go to a home together. They were saved at 4 weeks old (October 2020) when their mom was killed by a stray dog. They were found by a client under a shed. They are both fixed, up to date on shots, litter box trained and good with other pets. Bubbles warms up a lot faster than Buttercup and LOVES attention. Buttercup on the other hand prefers to people watch from her cat tree and only likes butt scratches.

The founder of Association of Clinical Research Project Managers was kind enough to sponsor half of their adoption fee, so it is now only $100 total for their adoption fee. Their adoption fee covers both cats along with their cat tree, litter box and any food they may still have.

Please share and help me find forever homes for Bubbles and Buttercup!

Congratulations to Max's Hope Pet Rescue for winning our raffle giveaway!

We arrived late to the event, and we chatted with this sweet lady for a good bit. Never realized who she was until the host told me a bit later! Thank you so much for donating towards our raffle! We really hope some furbabies enjoy the goodies, as well as you!

Pictured in the center is Precious. I believe she is looking for her furrever home! She was the absolute sweetest, never making a peep. Her and Nala both just chilled pretty much the entire time!

I'd love to set up another vendor event in the future with some local rescues, groomers, trainers, etc. 💜
