JESS: I have been grooming for 3 years and have a passion for creative grooms! If you have a fun or wacky idea for your pup’s haircut send it my way! My favorite breed to groom is poodles and doodles, but I am open to any and all breeds and sizes! I would love if people would come to me for their creative grooms 🙂

RACHEL: I have been with the Spa at Old Derby for about 4 years now but have been grooming for 12 years. My favorite breeds to groom are poodles & poodle mixes! I have a true passion for grooming & couldn’t imagine doing anything else! I am currently dog CPR certified & currently in the process of becoming a “Fear Free Certified Groomer”. I’d love to meet you & your pups!

Hi all,

April has found another job closer to home so it will just be me running the salon. I am going to try accommodate as many clients as possible until Brittany comes back in February. For those of you I cannot fit into the schedule, I can give referrals to salons close by for the time being. Please have patience while I try to sort out the schedule, phone calls, & emails. Teeth brushing, nail grinding, seasonal bandana, & a spritz of our seasonal cologne!

The package is $25 & can be a stand-alone service (by appointment only) or added on to your groom. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask us!

To all our valued clients:

Just a couple of things we wanted to mention;

Britt is now out on maternity leave so April & I are trying to accommodate our own clients as well as Britt's while she is out on leave. Please be patient with us as we try to get everyone on the schedule. ☺️ As we approach the holiday season, we recommend you pre-book your appointments to get the times & dates you want as availability will be limited as we get closer to the holidays.

Also, please give us 24 hours as a cancellation for your appointment. We have had an influx of cancellations within the 24 hour mark & also quite a few no-show appointments. It is difficult for us to find someone to fill your slot on such short notice. We will be enforcing the $50 cancellation charge to any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time. We understand things happen but please also try to keep in mind that we are booking 6+ weeks & any appointment cancelled may not be able to be accommodated until that time.
